The Theatre Royal is located at the corner of Smithy Street and Square Street.
Parking is limited around the Theatre, so we recommend you allow plenty of time to find a parking space if you are driving to the Theatre.
There are no parking charges ‘as such’ in Ramsbottom, but the supermarket car parks do have time restrictions, so please be aware of these. The closest car park is the one adjacent to Square Street, but it’s best to approach it by going past Morrisons supermarket. This car park also has an electric vehicle charging point. There is also parking on the marketplace nearby.
Car parks are also available on Carr Street (near the library), and at the Civic Hall, as well as by the Railway Station. There is some (limited) street parking around Ramsbottom, but please be aware of restrictions at certain times of day.
Bus numbers 472 and 474 serve Ramsbottom on a circular route from Bury Interchange.
