Season Ticket VIP Experience – FAQs

How are VIP guests chosen?
For each show, one season ticket holder is randomly selected from our season ticket holders database by a theatre official, using a random name generator.

Will everyone get a turn?
We’ll do our best to ensure a fair spread across the season, and we’ll keep a record so the same people aren’t selected repeatedly.

How will I know if I’ve been selected?
VIP guests will be contacted directly by email, well ahead of the performance.

Does this apply to the whole group on my season ticket?
Yes — the VIP experience applies to the season ticket holder group attending together.

Is there a cash alternative or refund instead of the VIP experience?
No, the VIP experience isn’t exchangeable for cash or ticket refunds.

Do I need to do anything to enter?
No — all current season ticket holders are automatically included.

Will this be announced publicly?

While the experience is designed to be discreet and personal, we may occasionally ask VIP guests if they’re happy for a photo or short mention on our social media — this would only ever be done with your permission.
